About
Careful hands, clear answers.
Dr. Abanoub Ayman is an orthopedic surgery specialist who trained at Ain Shams University in Cairo, earning his MBBCh in 2021 and his Master's in Orthopedic Surgery in 2026.
He has performed more than 300 successful orthopedic surgeries. He works at El Demerdash Hospital and Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital, both Ain Shams University hospitals in Cairo, and is a member of the Egyptian Orthopaedic Association.
He treats bones, joints, ligaments and muscles: from a fresh fracture to a knee or shoulder that has hurt for years. Every visit starts with an accurate diagnosis, and surgery is recommended only when it is truly the right answer.
-
Diagnosis first

-
Surgery when it's right
Conservative options come first; an operation only when it helps you most.
-
Recovery, planned
Follow-up and rehabilitation mapped out with you from day one.
